A character that loses its proportions at 6 metres can undo years of brand work in one launch. We take what your team already has — a logo, a style guide, a finished 3D model — and turn it into an inflatable that keeps the proportions, the colours and the expression at any scale.
Our studio works from your artwork: a 3D model first, then a white foam mock-up photographed from six angles for sign-off, Pantone-matched print swatches, and hand-finished faces. Only after your approval do we cut fabric in our Guangzhou factory.

We start with whatever you have — a 2D logo, a reference image or a finished model — and send a production-ready render for review. Revise as many times as needed; no fabric is cut before sign-off.
A complex character needs 50–200 individual panels. Deciding which areas are printed, which are stitched and which are hand-finished is craft judgement — our pattern team has done it since 1996.
Tabletop units, 3 m event pieces, 6 m mall centrepieces, 10 m+ outdoor landmarks — each tier gets its own structural plan, blower sizing and anchoring.
Yes, with proof of licence from the IP holder and their style guide. We follow the holder’s approval steps, including render sign-off, before production.
Simple rounded characters ship in about two weeks; complex anatomy or multi-material builds take four to five. The 3D review stage is usually the longest part.
Standard brand colours map to Pantone Solid Coated accurately. Metallic and neon Pantones have limits on fabric printing; we flag the closest match upfront.
With proper drying and storage a PVC-coated mascot lasts years of seasonal use. Ours ship with a repair kit and storage bag.
Send a sketch, a reference or just the venue — we’ll come back with a 3D concept and a quote.
