Information you send us. When you request a quote, use the contact form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, and the content of your message, including any artwork files you send.

Like most websites, we use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Our inquiry forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical browser data to filter out bots.

- To design, produce and deliver products you order, and to provide warranty support
- To follow up on an open inquiry or order (we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent)
