Worldwide Door-to-Door Delivery
Popular models are held in stock at our warehouses in Europe and the United States and ship door-to-door from the warehouse closest to you — fast delivery with no import clearance on your side. Custom-printed orders ship direct from our factory. Every quote includes the landed shipping cost alongside the product price, so there are no surprises after you order.
Production Before Dispatch
Every inflatable is made to order. Most units ship within 7–15 working days after you approve the artwork and 3D mockup. Rush production is available for event deadlines — tell us your date and we will confirm feasibility before you commit.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Express courier (DHL / UPS / FedEx): typically 3–7 business days — best for air dancers, balloons and smaller units.
Air freight: typically 5–10 days to major airports — a good balance of speed and cost for mid-size orders.
Sea freight: typically 25–40 days depending on destination — the most economical option for large mascots, arches and bulk orders.
Transit times are carrier estimates and can vary with customs processing and season. If you have a fixed event date, tell us up front and we will recommend the safest method.
Tracking & Documents
Every shipment goes out with a tracking number and full commercial documentation (commercial invoice and packing list). We can arrange CIF or door-to-door delivery terms depending on your country — ask us when you request your quote.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped from our warehouses in Europe or the United States arrive with no import duties or customs clearance for you to handle. For orders shipped direct from the factory, import duties and local taxes at the destination are the responsibility of the buyer unless we agree on delivered-duty-paid terms in your quote — we declare shipments accurately and provide all paperwork your customs broker needs for clean clearance.
Packaging
Inflatables are packed in a heavy-duty PVC carry bag, with the blower boxed separately in a carton. Anchor ropes, repair kit and a setup guide are included in every shipment.
Damaged in Transit?
Inspect your shipment on arrival and send us photos within 7 days of delivery. Depending on the issue we ship replacement parts, guide you through a patch with the included repair kit, or remake the unit under warranty.
