Price depends on size, shape complexity and printing. Send us your artwork or a reference photo with a rough size, and we will reply with an itemized quote and a free 3D mockup within 24 hours.
Yes — OEM and ODM are our core business. Send a sketch, logo or product photo and our designers will turn it into a production-ready 3D proof, free of charge, before you commit to anything.
Yes. We use full-color digital printing with Pantone color matching, and you approve a printed proof before production starts.
MOQ is 1 unit. Every inflatable is made to order, so a single custom piece is perfectly fine.
Production & Shipping
Most custom inflatables ship in 7–15 working days after artwork approval. Rush production is available for event deadlines — tell us your date and we will confirm feasibility upfront.
Yes — door-to-door by express, air or sea to most countries. We handle the export documents and quote the landed shipping cost together with the product price.
Every unit ships with the blower(s), anchor ropes, a repair kit, a carry bag and a setup guide. Helium balloons include the tether kit.
T/T bank transfer, PayPal or major cards. Standard terms are a deposit to start production and the balance before shipping.
Quality & After-sales
Commercial-grade PVC and Oxford fabric with reinforced, double-stitched seams and UV-stable inks. Flame-retardant material is available where regulations require it.
With normal campaign use and dry storage, years of service. Every unit passes inflation testing before it leaves the factory.
Send photos within 7 days of delivery. Depending on the issue we ship replacement parts, guide you through a patch with the included repair kit, or remake the unit under warranty (1–2 years by product).
Yes — for units we manufactured, we offer artwork updates and repair services. Contact us with your original order number.
