About These Terms
adinflatable.com is operated by AdInflatable, the advertising line of General Inflatables, Guangzhou, China (Choice Plaza, No.448 Guang Zhou Da Dao Nan, Guangzhou 510300). These terms apply to your use of this website and to quotes and orders for our custom inflatable products. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms.
Quotes, Orders & Payment
Quotes are itemized and normally valid for 30 days. An order is confirmed when we receive your deposit and your written approval of the artwork or 3D mockup. Standard payment terms are a deposit to start production and the balance before shipping, payable by T/T bank transfer, PayPal or major cards. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors on the website or in a quote before an order is confirmed.
Custom Products & Artwork
By sending us logos, characters or artwork you confirm that you own the rights to them or have permission to use them, and you agree to hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from artwork you supplied. We print to your approved proof with Pantone colour matching; minor variation between screen colours and printed fabric is normal and is not a defect.
Production & Delivery
Most custom inflatables ship within 7–15 working days after artwork approval. Production and transit times are good-faith estimates: we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or other events outside our reasonable control. Delivery terms (express, air or sea; CIF or door-to-door) are stated in your quote, and risk passes according to those terms. See our Shipping policy for details.
Warranty & Claims
Products are covered by a 1–2 year warranty against manufacturing defects, as stated on each product page. Report transit damage or defects with photos within 7 days of delivery. Our remedy is, at our choice, to ship replacement parts, guide a repair with the included kit, or remake the unit. The warranty does not cover misuse, operation above rated wind speed, or normal wear. See Returns + Exchanges.
Returns
Because every product is custom-made to your approved artwork, returns and exchanges for change of mind are not available once production has started. Defective or transit-damaged goods are handled under the warranty above.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, photos, product designs and graphics — belongs to AdInflatable and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Artwork you supply remains yours. We may photograph finished units for our portfolio and website; tell us when ordering if you prefer we do not.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or event cancellation costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on adinflatable.com at the time you place your order applies to that order.
