Every AdInflatable product is manufactured to order — printed with your artwork, in your colours, at your size. Because each unit is unique to you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once production has started.
That is exactly why we put the approval steps before production: every inquiry gets a free design and 3D mockup, and nothing is cut or printed until you have signed off the proof — including exact brand colours. What arrives is what you approved.
Defects & Warranty
Every unit is inflation-tested before it leaves our factory and covered by a 1–2 year warranty against manufacturing defects (warranty length is listed on each product page).
If your inflatable arrives damaged or with a defect, send us photos within 7 days of delivery. Depending on the issue we will ship replacement parts, guide you through a quick patch with the included repair kit, or remake the unit under warranty — whichever genuinely fixes it fastest.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, running the unit in winds above its rating, cuts and abrasion from rough ground without a ground sheet, or normal wear from long-term outdoor exposure. Even outside warranty, we offer repair and artwork-update services for any unit we manufactured.
